Are rope chairs comfortable?

I was initially thrilled about these chairs. However, upon receiving them, I noticed one had ropes that were too short, causing the swing to detach from the pole. In addition, the ropes on the left and right sides were uneven, resulting in a skewed and uncomfortable seating experience.

I hoped that prolonged use might stretch the ropes out, or that I would get accustomed to it, but the issues persisted. Furthermore, the vibrant color began fading after only three days of outdoor use, despite being under minimal sun exposure and no rain. The faded appearance is quite unappealing.

The swing with the shorter straps did improve somewhat after frequent use, but it still feels awkward to sit in. Additionally, it did not come with pillows as advertised. While the product description did note that pillows were not included, the misleading photos imply otherwise. Ultimately, this product was a letdown and I wouldn't recommend it.
