Not only is this this nicest batting bag my son has ever had the customer service literally went above and beyond!

There are so many different pockets my son can store everything in its own place. With the wheels he doesn&#;t have to lug it around on his back. We have no complaints whatsoever.

I will say it&#;s super important you don&#;t let your husband open it out of the plastic because the middle piece comes not attached and the zipper will be loose. This is so if you wanted to get it a name or a number put on it, it will already be detached.

We were missing the zipper so I emailed Boombah through Amazon and they got back to me pretty quick.. we had a few exchanges and they said they would send a zipper replacement. When I got home the next week we had a whole bran new bag waiting on the porch.

I mean these bags aren&#;t cheap! If you have an issue I can testify that they will most definitely make it right!
