Causes and solutions for water pump burnout:
1. The power supply voltage is unstable
When the power supply voltage of the chiller is unstable, it will cause failures such as water pump burnout.
Solution: Voltage instability occurs. Jiuyi recommends that you install a voltage stabilizer to solve the problem of voltage instability.
2. Water leakage
The box-type water chiller leaked, but the user did not discover it in time and did not turn off the power switch of the water chiller in time, causing the circulating water to leak and the water pump to grind dry, eventually causing the water pump to burn out.
Solution: When water leakage occurs in the chiller, the user should turn off the power switch in time and troubleshoot the industrial screw chiller.
3. The water pump circuit board is burned out
A short circuit or burnout of the water pump circuit board will directly cause the water pump to burn out.
Solution: If the water pump circuit board is short-circuited or burned out, we should contact the chiller manufacturer in time for after-sales service to solve the problem.
