Access the board by touch

At the top of most smartboards, there is a formatting toolbar in which multiple control and task buttons can be found. All you have to do is tap the button with your finger to activate it. Use Smartboard pens to write

The smartboard pens are nested in a pen tray below the board. Pick one up and hold it up to the board. You can write or draw with this pen. To change colors, put the pen back in the tray and pick up a different color. To exit writing mode, put the pen back in the tray.

Erase mistakes with ease

Use the eraser by picking it up from the pen tray. Simply press it against the words you want to erase and rub it back and forth until it disappears. Just the way you would erase something on a paper by using an eraser.

Experiment with multimedia

Smartboard notebook gives access to browsers and other programs via the drop down box in the upper left corner. Looking for a saved file? Click Open in the drop-down box and choose your file to get started with it. Smartboards support presentations, videos, and much more.
